Jalapeno Cheese Grits

Serves 8

3 quarts water
3 cups grits
9 eggs beaten
6 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 cups milk
10 oz butter
1/2 cup seeded and finely minced jalapenos
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Add grits and cook according to the directions on the package. Remove the cooked grits from the heat and add milk, eggs, butter, cheese, jalapenos, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 8″x12″ cake pan and cook at 350 degrees fro 45 minutes, or until knife inserted into grits comes out clean.
