It’s time for one of GALT’s “fan favorite” events – “Cooking for the Hounds” at The Mercury on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 2pm to 5pm.
For the 11th consecutive year Executive Chef Chris Ward is opening his kitchen for a cooking demonstration and sampling of the dishes listed below. Assisting Chef Ward this year will be long time GALT supporter and actor Burton Gilliam!!!

For the ticket price of $85 the following is included: a full course tasting of gourmet dishes, two drink tickets, with additional drinks available for purchase at the cash bar; door prizes and a special silent auction, featuring jewelry, art, spa/restaurant certificates, doggie gifts and more! In addition to the above benefits and premium seating for GALT members, the VIP and regular tickets also include a special gift from GALT. Seating will be limited to only 50, so get your tickets now! Drink favorites will be Greyhounds and Salty Dogs, as well as wine and beer.
